Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the documentation and processes for program approvals and organization renewals at government offices and the Social Welfare Council (SWC).
  • Create proposals, and necessary documents in English or Nepali whichever required
  • Manage documents needed in the process
  • Prepare and submit reports, budgets, renewals, and proposals as per government and SWC requirements.
  • Manage and lead the approval and renewal processes
  • Maintain an organized archive of all governance-related files, approvals, and correspondence.
  • Act as a point of contact for local partners, community stakeholders, and government offices.
  • Visit the offices as required to ensure that the processes are not interrupted
  • Provide support in evaluation and monitoring process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, administration, or a related field
  • 1+ year or more of experience in relevant program coordination, governance, or administrative roles in similar capacity
  • Familiarity with working with government bodies and the Social Welfare Council
  • Demonstrating good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in working with a small, growing organization
